  1. Love these tips Lindsay – My hardest one is turning off the electronics. I absolutely cannot fall asleep without the TV on, and I know it really affects how much rest I get. Maybe if I just put every other one of these tips to use I can get myself off of that habit!

  2. I agree with Erin – it is so difficult sometimes to turn off the electronic! (I’ll just check one more time…) Getting away from the screens really makes a huge difference though.
