  1. this is awesome! love reading your progress. i am trying to add some fitness and good eating goals into my life before we head into the holidays and find this really inspirational!

    • Thank you! So glad that you are enjoying this. I have to agree this is the time to get into a new routine with fitness and eating because once Thanksgiving comes it becomes harder and harder to stay on track. Good luck!

  2. Good for you for listening to your body and responding to what it needs! I actually did the same lately, which is a monumental change for me: I had to cut out a TON of foods to deal with my baby’s reflux, including most of my protein sources as a vegetarian (soy, dairy and black & pinto beans). So after most of my life as a vegetarian, I added some meat into my diet and feel much, much better. It’s still a big adjustment!

  3. Glad to hear that instead of being unhappy with your diet, you adjusted it based on what your body needs. It’s no point being fit if you are just hangry and not happy – it should be healthy AND happy!

  4. I love that you are asking for accountability. As sad as it is to admit, accountability is often needed for these goals. I start a similar program in a few days and hearing your struggles and success is very helpful.
