  1. I am so with you! There has been a chill in the air and I’ve been warming up with some teas and soups for sure! I love raw macaroons! What is your favorite flavor? I had some chai spice ones and they were delicious! Kale chips are such a great, healthy treat 🙂

I love kale chips! I’ve only made my own once, and I literally stood over the baking sheet and ate almost all of them before I realized what had happened!

  3. I absolutely agree with everything on this list! Hot (& cold) teas have my heart in a major way! (In fact, I have an ancient post that’s all about tea on my blog, it’s here if you’re interested: http://www.veggieterrain.com/2008/02/foodipedia-tea.html ) The Cranberry Autumn one that you pictured sounds so delicious!

Also, kale chips are THE best! I just discovered that Trader Joe’s started carrying them, although I haven’t tried them yet. I like making them with cashews and nutritional yeast to give ’em a cheesy flavor.

And harvest beer is always a good choice, too! I recently tried a great pumpkin ale (can’t remember the name of it for the life of me!). It was delicious because the pumpkin wasn’t overpowering, and it tasted fresh, which sometimes isn’t the case with pumpkin ales. I’m excited to give that Southern Tier one (from your post) a try!

    • We are doing a pumpkin beer tasting in two weeks and I am so exited to try a bunch of different varieties with friends. There is such a wide range from super pumpkin flavored and sweet to really mellow more spiced ones. Currently I am loving the Six Point pumpkin and the Sam Adams Fat Jack.
