    Usually when i do workout, which is not often, i eat something like a banana and oatmeal before hand.

    I start my workout the same way every day: sprouted grain toast topped with homemade honey peanut butter (or almond butter) and half a banana, alongside a glass of almond milk. It fuels me well–I’m never tired or nauseas during my workouts.

    I fuel my workout pretty much the same way each time: A slice of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with nut butter- usually peanut!

    I tend to eat half a clif bar and water before, and the rest of the clif bar with a banana and water afterwards.

  5. Lately I’ve been eating walnuts and raisins before I work out. It contains enough energy to keep me fueled (I have a tendency to get very lightheaded when I work-out so I need lots of calories pre-workout!) but doesn’t make me feel sick.

    For good workouts: ALWAYS two pieces of millet bread with copious amounts of natural peanut butter + an apple/banana 🙂
