  1. Oooh – I love this idea! I’m a big goal setter, but it tends to be workout/training focused. I’m going to have to think on this and come up with my own September list!

    I really like your reading goal, that’s something I haven’t been very good about recently. The early to bed, early to rise gets easier the more you do it – especially when you have a big race on your calendar to motivate you. Good luck with your September goals!

    • It’s a really funny situation I used to get picked on by my husband because I went to bed at 8:30pm but since reducing my sugar and coffee and increasing my activity I have been wide awake lately and ready for bed between 9:30-11pm. The thing that helps me go to bed earlier is if I do read and so goals 4 and 5 go hand in hand.
