Fitness Friday Updates

On the agenda for this weekend is a 4-6 mile hike and a 4 mile run.

    And I forget to tweet back your question about a weight training program with the running. I know you’re not doing Hal Higdon but weight training is built into his training plan so I’d cross reference that while training with your different plan!
